Meet Coach IFBB Pro Braden Bentley:
I was born & raised in the Rochester area. I was always an athlete growing up so the gym was something that came naturally. I got introduced to bodybuilding in 2014 and did my first ever show in Men's Physique. I have since competed in 7 shows, 3 being national shows, in the Classic Physique division, taking first callouts in each show, and 1 IFBB Pro show (San Antonio Pro). I earned my IFBB Pro Card at the 2020 NPC USA Championships in Pheionix, AZ. I recently relocated to Austin, TX but still have ties in MN. I am excited to be an intrigal part in helping people reach their goals! Let's take YOUR physique to the next level!

Meet Coach IFBB Pro Cole Eastvold:
I grew up in LeRoy, Minnesota. I was introduced to weight training early on with playing sports in high school. I continued to train very consistently throughout college, and then eventually lead to me competing in my first bodybuilding show in 2010. I quickly fell in love with the discipline that was involved with bodybuilding. I now have competed in multiple shows. In 2015 I won my first overall bodybuilding championship at the Wisconsin Brew City. Then again in 2017 winning the title Mr. Minnesota, then the 2021 Chris Cormier Classic. I then went on to win the overall at NPC Jr Nationals before earning my Pro Card at the 2022 NPC Nationals. I have a long way to go myself with my own bodybuilding journey, but I am excited to share my 15+ years of training and nutrition knowledge to help others reach their own goals. So whether you just want to look better naked or compete at your first show. Let's make it happen!

Meet Coach Kyle Kampschroer:
I grew up in a small town in southeast Minnesota. I found the powerlifting community when I started coaching the Spring Grove High School Powerlifting Team back in 2010, and I’ve never looked back. Since then I have continued coaching high school, college level, and adult powerlifting athletes through improvement seasons, local meets, state competitions, and at the national level. I have had athletes compete at nationals in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, and 2018. I have competed multiple times as well in both the USAPL and the USPA leagues. It is my goal to coach you to your highest ability and support you through whatever your goals may be. If you’re looking to build strength, I’m your guy!
